We’re Not Like Vacuum Salesman
Most people have experienced the salesman who comes to your door and tries to push a product that you don’t need or want. We at Greenlee believe no one should ever feel pressured by any salesperson to purchase something they may not need. For over 30 years, Greenlee has been a proud company that handles our work courteously, with integrity, and without pressure. We are a relationship-building company first and foremost and want you to feel confident in your choices and in us. In fact, we believe in that so strongly our estimators aren’t salespeople. You won’t get a sales pitch from them; you’ll only get the facts about your roof. 

We value honesty and integrity over winning a bid every time. It’s because of this honesty that 30,000+ residents of central Oregon have trusted us to roof their homes. If we determine a homeowner has a couple more winters left under their current roof, we’ll happily communicate that, unlike many other companies. Some companies will never even walk the roof and will send a bid based on the homeowners request...even though they may not need a new roof!  If you don’t need a new roof yet, we tell you that, plain and simple!  Additionally, because we believe in our experience and knowledge and want to give our customers peace of mind,  we’ll do more than just tell you that your roof will last- we write up a report and guarantee a minimum length of time that your roof will last you.  

We Willingly Lose Money on Inspections
We operate on a no-pressure basis, and because our goal is to serve our community with integrity and not just to sell roofs, our initial inspection is completely complimentary and obligation-free. 

Our inspectors will visit EVERY job and walk every roof possible to determine if a replacement is even necessary. Part of that initial inspection involves taking measurements of your roof. Our inspectors measure manually, and then we pay for satellite measurements for all our jobs to double-check our inspectors measurements. Many companies will pass those satellite measurement costs on to the customer, but we willingly eat those costs to ensure that each potential customer is getting an accurate estimate. 

We Value A Job Done Well
We use small crews to install roofs to ensure the highest quality workmanship possible. We believe that it’s better to go a little bit slower, but have consistency amongst the roof installation, than to speed through the job with a patchwork of roofing styles covering the roof. We believe that by having small installation crews those individuals will become intimately acquainted with every aspect of your roof and give it the care and attention that it deserves. 

We also believe that a job well done means leaving the location as we found it. This means that you can trust us with not only your roof, but your prize rose bushes, knowing that we are going to go out of our way to ensure that your property is left in top notch condition. At the end of each work day our crew does a walk through to clean up any debris or roofing materials that may be on the grounds of the property and after our last day of work the final inspection also includes a walk through to ensure that we leave your property as we found it.  For more information about what our roofing process looks like check out our pre-production page here. 

We Triple Check Our Work
To close out the process, we send a final inspector to do a thorough walk through of the roof to ensure that each job lives up to the Greenlee standards.  Every single roof that we install receives multiple inspections. Not only does the crew who installed the roof inspect their work but we also have a final inspection conducted by a senior member of our team who did not work on your roof and therefore is looking at it with fresh eyes. Many roofing companies have no final inspection at all, or only leave the final inspection up to the crew who did the work. 

If we do find anything that is below our expectations those issues are taken care of right there on the spot. Once that final inspection is complete, we again back up our work with our word and give you a written formal final inspection. To see a final inspection in action check out our video here
